Psychological Tests

University Counseling Center staff, and outside counselors whose names appear on the Testing Center's "Approved Counselors List," may refer clients to the Testing Center for psychological testing.

  • 16PF Fifth Edition (Sixteen Personality Factors)

  • BAI (Beck Anxiety Inventory)

  • BDI–II (Beck Depression Inventory)

  • MCMI-III (Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory)

  • MMPI-2 (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory)

  • NEO PI-R (NEO Personality Inventory)

  • PAI (Personality Assessment Inventory)

  • SASSI-3 (Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory)


Refering a Client

To refer a client for psychological testing, an approved counselor simply needs to complete the Psychological Test Request form and submit it to the Testing Center. (It is also recommended they also supply a copy of this form to their client and direct them to follow the the instructions it contains.) This may be done in person, by email, by fax, or by dictating the information over the telephone:

Outside counselors desiring to have their names added to the "Approved Counselor's List" simply need to apply by submiting a copy of their professional license, along with their contact information:
